We care about our pieces, having lovingly designed and created them, so we want them to arrive in perfect condition. We carefully wrap each piece with either sustainable or recycled packaging and place the pieces in a box which then is then placed inside another box with packaging around it to prevent the chance of damage.

We take great care to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item and its packaging — we will refund the full amount.

We endeavor to ensure all photographs to be as accurate as possible, there will be slight variations with pieces as they are all hand decorated, so please choose thoughtfully. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, If you have any questions before purchasing, we’re always happy to help.

Orders are dispatched every Tuesday via Australia Post. All parcels include tracking.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been sent. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, with longer timeframes for remote or regional areas.

All our ceramics are made using Australian, non-toxic, food-safe clays and glazes. You may put ceramic components in the dishwasher to ’freshen up’, especially for the scent diffusers and plant worms, be careful when placing in the dishwasher that they do not bump into other items as this may cause damage.

We recommend gentle handwashing with warm soapy water.

We do not make domestic functional items, as such it is not recommend that you use any of the products for purposes that are not intended.

Every piece begins with our own designs. We often sculpt an original and create a mould from it, allowing us to produce multiple variations with unique personalities without the cost of recreating each one from scratch.

Many works are entirely hand built, while others combine wheel‑throwing, slip‑casting, and hand building techniques.

We use mid‑fire white clays, bisque firing at 1000°C, and glaze firing at 1200°C. Colour is typically applied using underglazes before the bisque firing, though some details are added afterwards and before glazing.
