Kenneth was never supposed to be a mummy.
An ancient Pharaoh was trying to mummify his beloved cat, but apparently his eyesight wasn’t what it used to be.
Somehow, he grabbed Kenneth the duck instead.
And no one dared to question the Pharaoh when he walked into the mummification chamber holding a duck and saying mummify my cat!
When Kenneth finally woke up in the afterlife, he looked around and realised he was surrounded by hundreds of cats.

Because, as Kenneth quickly discovered, cats LOVE chasing ducks.
So now Kenneth spends eternity running for his life, wrapped in toilet-paper-looking bandages, while hundreds of cats chase him around the pyramids.
